Limestone is a natural stone that is made up from calcite.
Limestone is becoming increasing poplar as a natural stone flooring option. Limestone tiles are typically light in colour and have a great variations in surface markings.

Limestone tiles can provide some benefits over travertine tiles if you are wanting a smooth surface, as travertine naturally has pores and small surface holes that would need to be filled. However if you want a more aged feel then the holes can left unfilled or perhaps consider tumbled limestone.
